Bitcoin All Time High
Wow! The date is Friday the 6th of November and we are well into the closest and most strange US election in my lifetime. Right now as I’m writing this Bitcoin is at 15,498.25 USD that’s 243,537 ZAR. The last time Bitcoin was at this level was Dec 2017. We are definitely on our way to all new time highs. The technical analysis that I’ve been looking at is indicating over $100,000. I also think the uncertainty surrounding the election is helping, but we have been expecting to see this after the Bitcoin halving earlier this year. I’m just amazed watching Bitcoin literally go up parabolic. I suspect a dip and then for it to continue it’s bull run well into next year.
Bitcoin and the Blockchain
Interestingly enough, I’ve been saying for years that democratic elections should be done on the blockchain to stop fraud. The blockchain is truly the most amazing invention since the internet. I still wonder why they didn’t use blockchain technology in the USA 2020 Elections? I guess it’s because maybe they did? We will have to wait and see, but this is definitely the way the world should be moving towards. Once votes are on the blockchain the fraud in elections will cease.
Bitcoin and the Future
The future of Bitcoin is very bright. It seems that mainstream is picking up on it’s power and people are starting to understand it. Just recently Paypal added Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and XRP to it’s Paypal wallets. People now all over the world can use their Paypal accounts to buy cryptocurrency. Major banking institutions who were against Bitcoin in the beginning are now starting to adopt it and it is seen as the worlds best performing asset class to date.
